The plugin displays message about login, but I’m already logged in

I build a small website where content (chat) is for registered users. I noticed issues without known reason on some browsers (chrome on mobile, mozilla on desktop, brave on desktop).
When I log in, everything is okay. But when I close browser and open again, the website doesn’t want to display content for logged users (it shows message please log in) even if I am still logged.
I’d like also to notice that I am not using any cache plugin. Should I install one of 4 recommended by your team?

Does your server run any type of caching system?

If you don’t have a cache system running in your server, do you have the following feature Logout Member on Browser Close enabled? This is located under the Advanced Settings tab. (Note:?Enable this option if you want the member to be logged out of the account when they close the browser. Check the following URL?automatically-logout-members-browser-closure-force-member-logout?for more information.)
