• I used the plugin until it disappears from the list of plugins can not access it and when I try to reinstall it I get the following message: “Installation failed: The destination folder already exists.”

    If you don’t see it on the list of plugins when they are all selected by clicking on the “All” link in the Plugins page, then you may need to manually remove the wptouch folder from the /wp-content/plugins folder. You can delete it that way, and your settings will remain safe.

    You’ll then be able to re-install the plugin.
