The plugin did not work for ultimate member social login

    The plugin is not working for my ultimate member social login plugin. The user who uses the social login button to log on my website will also log out when they close the browser. The plugin just works for the user who uses the normal login method(enter email and password). please help. Thanks a lot.

  • Same issue with Woocommerce Social Login. Any fix for this?

    I assume the issue is when using Woocommerce login, and not WP-login. (atleast for me)

    Hi both,

    Sorry I didn’t get a notification about the support request for some reason!

    Ultimate Member Social Login and Woocommerce Social Login are supported in the premium version of the plugin, the description does specify ‘(premium)’ at the end.

    Can I check that you both have the premium version of WP Persistent Login installed and activated?

    Hi, Ok then I understand ?? I thought it was just the premium version of the other plugin that was neccesary. I’ll try the premium version then.

    Thanks for clearing out. (maybe you should change (premium) after the supported plugins to (Requires premium version of persistent logins)
