    Hello,

    The plugin crashed my site.
    I have the latest version of WP and Elementor Pro.
    When I deleted the plugin in ftp, my site was restored

    It’s a shame, in demo, I found the features of the plugin interesting.

  • Yep, same case for me too.
    I didnt know what was the cause of the problem, but I figured out that it was this plugin.

It is possible that the problem you are experiencing is related to specific configurations on your hosting platform.

    To assist you better, kindly follow these steps:

    1. Go to Tools > Site Health > Info (tab) and click on the “Copy site info to clipboard” button.
    2. Please send the copied information to our email at [email protected].
    3. Furthermore, navigate to Tools > Export and select the option to export All Content. Proceed to download the Export File and send it to the same email address: [email protected].
