Don’t worry ) there was conflict with Isotope script. It was hard to detect.

Now update to version 4.0.3. The plugin will start to work with all visitors.

The problem with CSS is solved with the new version – congrats !!!

But with the new version I have another problem. The top banner has change his position, and the tag (omc-top-banner) has gone and I cant set without the tag.

Here is what happend :

One question: this banner is made through widget? You have a sidebar location in the header?

Now all is clear. When you switched to version 4, it automatically changed widgets ids.
Was:
<div id="omc-top-banner" style="display: block;">
Became something like:
<div id="text-111" style="display: block;">

text-111 – is internal widget id. To fix problem change your styles:

#omc-top-banner,
text-111 {
margin: 30px 40px 0px 0px;
width: 468px;
float: right;
position: relative;
}

In future version I’ll add option to switch off auto widget id changer if it is not needed!

Will change the style later and I will share with you what happened.
