    Hello support
The plugin blocks the sending of attachments in order notifications, in this case in conjunction with the “Invoices for WooCommerce” or “PDF Invoices & Packing Slips for WooCommerce” plugin
I encountered this issue on one site after a long search and I just found this exact behavior on another site. It’s extremely annoying: I had to deactivate the plugin in both cases.

    Thank you for your action
    Thanks for your feedback

    Hello @ikyo,

We have been informed that the attachments aren’t getting added anymore in the templates through our SMTP. Our technical team is looking on it.

As a workaround, you can install WP Mail SMTP and uses your API key V3 there. It will add your attachments.

    Best Regards,

    Alexis

It looks like we are having the same issue on multiple sites. This is the only info we could find. Any news when this will be fixed as none of our clients are recieving transactional emails??

@ikyo did you get it fixed on your end?

Hi @webtica, the issue has been identified and the fix will be on production soon.

Until the new version is released, we suggest you to install the Sendinblue plugin in Woocommerce, and enable the SMTP option in “Mails option”.

    Best Regards,

    Alexis

No, I did not use WP Mail SMTP which requires routing through Gmail or a purchase of the plugin (not optimal). I have simply deactivated the plugin for the moment because my customers prefer a lack of new newsletter subscriptions to a lack of invoices sent to the customer.
    Thank you for your follow-up

@ikyo it seems my issue was related to the latest woocommerce 7.4 that sendinblue blocks. When I downgraded to 7.3 it worked again. Support is looking into this. I do have the plugin installed and now it does seem to be working.

@alexisbienayme Im not sure im following you on this one. The plugin is installed and working. When saying the fix will be on production soon. You mean an update to this plugin OR to the sendinblue server? Any ETA?

    Thank you

    Hi @webtica,

A new version with the fix will be available in the plugin Newsletter, SMTP, Email marketing and Subscribe forms by Sendinblue.

For now, I do not have an ETA but it might be available soon!

    Best,

    Alexis
