    Hi,
Some people have recently reported that, when they open my website from mobile, the menu appears opened and they can do nothing.
I’m not able to simulate the issue, because everything is fine at my side when I check the website and other people I’ve asked for. I’ve asked to these people if they can use another browser and it persists. The issue seems disappearing after some hours, but other people report the same problem again and again.
I have a screenshot from this link, do you know any reason?

    Hi @wabetainfo,

I opened in my Android and it worked fine.

From the screenshot you sent maybe that’s some kind of internal viewer of an email client. Can you ask them the exact steps so we can try to replicate it?

But seems some kind of browser that may be not so modern like Chrome, Firefox, etc.

    Hi, thanks for your reply.
It ‘s totally random and rare, but it’s a thing. It also happens with a general browser (no internal viewer) (see here). There isn’t a known procedure to follow to simulate the issue, unfortunately.

@wabetainfo It could be somehow a plugin conflict since don’t have any similar issue reported. Not sure if you have a staging site with a clone of your website so you can deactivate some plugins to see if stops doing that.

I tried several times but couldn’t replicate it, unfortunately. Let me know if you somehow find a way to replicate it.
