The plug-in loads all the time

    I think the plug-in is basically great! The plug-in is also displayed for the posts, but it loads all the time so that you cannot edit it or see information about search engine optimization. I use WordPress: 5.3.6 and Yoast 12.7.1. Any Idea? An update from WordPress is currently not possible until summer.

    We suspect you are experiencing a blank Yoast SEO meta box with WordPress 5.3.6 and Yoast 12.7.1. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide support for older versions of our plugin or WordPress. Also, we do not recommend using outdated versions of WordPress, including (our own) plugins and themes, for the reasons covered in?this article.

    Therefore, we’d recommend updating to the latest versions. Your settings are automatically saved during the update process. Before making important changes on your website, like updating WordPress or your plugins, it is always a good practice to create backups.
