    Can you help me? I keep having this error when ever submitting the form “The phone number OTP was sent to and the phone number in contact submission do not match.”

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    I have checked the form link provided.

    It seems you are using User registration forms by WP Everest and I can see that the phone number field type is number.

    The Phone Number field of the Everest registration form should be of type?Phone?or?Text.

    Can you please change the number field on the form to the Phone field or Text field and test again?
