    Hello!

I can’t run the performance test with the following error

The performance test didn't return any results. This probably means you're on a local website (which we can't scan) or something went wrong trying to access WPMU DEV. Try again and if this error continues to appear please open a ticket with our support heroes

    Can a support hero help?

    Thanks

I am seeing that you are working on the issue. Will this resolve the issue for everyone experiencing this problem?
    Thanks,

    Hi @jamie420,

Yes we’re currently having some issues with our API and will update here with a fix as soon as we have it. In the meantime could you please reply with your site URL and I will attempt to run a manual scan.

    Cheers,
    Calum Brash

I have verified that all sites, mentioned above, have a latest performance report on the servers. Please update the report in the plugin to get the latest data.

We are still working on the issue, getting new reports can take up to an hour.

    Hey Anton

Many thanks for fixing the Website Scan, works like a charm.

As per your advice, I have combined some Ultimate Member Css and JS files – inlined some, and even tried putting some in the footer – and all other combinations.

I got the queries down to 40 from 121, but then I made another change to some CSS and BAM, back up to 140 queries.

Unfortunately, I have been chasing my tail around for a good 2 weeks now trying to improve loading speed, reduce queries and get the friggin Slider to load first – but I am no closer ;-(

What screen shot of the minification settings would enable you/me to see whether the Slider is controlled by the theme or the Hummingbird setting?

    Many thanks in advance
    Sarah

    Hi @skemazer1,

When you make changes to minification settings (move a file to footer or combine files..), Hummingbird will reset the files to the default state and then run all the combine/minify/move to footer actions again. So if you run a scan right after making some changes, you might see that no files are combined. It’s best to wait a few minutes after minification before you do a scan.

I would need a screenshot of the screen where you configure what files you are combining, moving to footer, deferring.

    Best regards,
    Anton
