• I recently installed WooCommerce to setup a new store and then all of a sudden APM started acting up. I decided to deactivate WooCommerce (latest version that is out there) to see if the issue was lying there in that since that was the only new plugin to be added before things started acting up. Needless to say there seems to be a conflict here that is need of fixing. Hopefully this helps you in helping fix this issue I think I have found.

Can you describe what happened i.e. what you mean by “acting up”?

I just tried uninstalling/reinstalling both plugins and nothing unexpected happened. When WooCommerce was installed it create some default cart pages which were marked as “lost” by the APM plugin, but that’s expected and there’s functionality built-in to synchronize APM with lost pages.

Like it keep saying “working” to load the pages and the branches for the pages.

What I mean on saying “working” it is just staying stuck on that with the little pinwheel going. Once I deactivate WooCommerce it works fine. I am using the latest version of this plugin and WooCommerce.

Thanks for the additional info. I’ve now imported dummy Woocommerce data and dummy WordPress data into my test site to better simulate a real site. The APM plugin still works as expected and doesn’t hang like it does for you. This is a strange one. I wonder if it’s a sequence of events that breaks the plugin which I didn’t follow and so don’t have the same issue.
