The Payment Request button is not supported

Hi @jeddey – I just tested a payment request button on your site and didn’t seem to see the same issue. Can you send me a copy of your site’s system status report? You can find that by going to the follow page in your admin dashboard: WooCommerce > Status > ‘Get system report’

thank you for your answer , the described error was shown when i tried to pay using google pay on single page product , when i try to make the payment in the checkout page also , not error was seen but also the payment do no success.

Hi again @jeddey – sorry for the confusion, I actually did try with the link in your first post, but no issue on my end.

Nothing I’m seeing that stands out too much in your system status report either.
In order to rule out a few things, please go ahead and try the following:

• clear your browser’s history, cookies, and cache
• use a Chrome private/incognito browsing window
• try doing so as a logged out user on your site

If none of the above helps, this could be caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.

The best way to determine this is to:

• Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
• Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
• Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

I tried the described steps , you can check the site now is use the storefront theme , and all other plugins are disabled except woocommerce ,

If you try now the error will appear in the error section in red

Did you manage to see the described error on the website ? i believe that i will disable google pay completly , im curios if there is a config that i didnt apply correct to the plugin or to the stripe account .

Please let me know if there is something that we can do to make the google pay working

I checked your product page again and it is now telling me the merchant does not have Google Pay enabled. Did you make any changes to your Google Pay settings since your last test?

I changed payment plugin , you can close this ticket , i didnt manage to make it work , after changing all the config for testing (the setps from joey comment) i didnt get an answer regarding the issue so i tried to check other solution
