The paid version is excellent.

I can only review the paid version as the free version is to cripple to be useful but $15 bucks it is a cheap price to pay for what you get. Plus you can use the paid version on three sites.
It is easy to add multiple points, create categories and allow you users to get directions using google maps. You can even upload an image to individual listings. Such as a logo or a photo of the place or business.
Nick provides very good support via email and forums.
