The page to complete payment in iDeal does not dispaly to user

Simple, you cannot manually handle the web hook call.

Mollie will automatically call it whenever there is a change in the transaction status. They will send the required transaction ID with their call and then the plugin will automatically reconnect to fetch the updated data from the Mollie API and process it within EM.
Calling the web hook manually does not include the transaction ID, as the error already explains.

Abandoned transactions will time-out automatically at Mollie and the plugin will respond accordingly.

What do you mean by that? As soon as the customer clicks the booking button, they should be redirected to the Mollie Payment Screen. Only then is the transaction recorded in EM.

So, it sounds like the users simply do not complete the transaction after being redirected to Mollie.

Hi Patrick thanks for the prompt reply. The issue we are having is that the window to complete the transaction does not open. You can see that on the site when trying to book. The manual call to the webhook was done just trying to debug the issue. Thanks

Ik zie inderdaad dat je niet doorverwezen wordt. Dat kan verschillende oorzaken hebben.

Google maps veroorzaakt al een fout op je website, dus dat moet je naar kijken. Het kan heel goed zijn dat daarom jQuery helemaal stopt.

Verder snap ik ik de knop “iDeal” niet. Die heeft echt geen enkel nut…

Welke versie van PHP gebruik je? Hoger dan 7.1? Dan graag downgraden naar 7.1. EM heeft nog steeds wat problemen met nieuwere versies.

Welke errors krijg je in je debug.log?

In de bestand die in /groftalent.nl/public_html/wp-content/plugins/events-manager-logs te vinden is er staat niks, alleen dat logging is enabled. Zijn er ander log bestanden die ik nog kan vinden?

Ik begrijp het over de knop die was alleen om te kijken wat voor optie dat was.

De error met google maps zou te maken hebben met een restricted API, ik moet een nieuwe maken, in pricipe het zou niks te maken hebben met de betaling systeem.

Ook op de console kan ik geen fout vinden (a part van de CSS meldingen).

Nee, daar wordt nooit iets naar geschreven. “Foutje” in EM volgens mij. Ik zei ook debug.log. ??

Ik kreeg ook de automatische annuleringsmail. Ik heb wat “schoonheidsfoutjes” ontdekt, maar weet niet of je die wilt horen. ?? Die kunnen misschien ook beter per e-mail.

Die iDeal knop werkt ook als submit. Die moet gewoon sowieso weg. Zoals ik al in mijn eerste reactie zei, snap ik niet waarom je die daar hebt geplaatst. Daar zit namelijk geen correcte code achter. Dat heb je zelf ingevuld in Payment Gateways, tweede veld van de Mollie instellingen.

Als je me een (tijdelijke) Admin login wilt doorgeven, kijk ik zelf wel even.
