The page isn’t redirecting properly Error

I have been working on this for hours and cannot get it to work properly. I have followed the WP help guide and it finally said to contact Support if nothing else works.

I built a wordpress site called https://www.winnipegbootcamp.com but when I go to that domain I get an error that says: The page isn’t redirecting properly. Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.

I’ve talked with my registrar and host and they both say it’s a wordpress issue. I have checked my database and the URL is correct. I can login to my Dashboard as well. I have deleted all plugins and that still did nothing. My hosting company pointed me to this page: https://enlightenedwebmastery.com/how-to-fix-the-redirect-loop-error-in-wordpress and I downloaded the plugin this guy recommends and that did not work either.
