The page isn't redirecting properly.

  • I installed the WP Mobile Edition Plugin and when I tried to activate it it took me to a blank screen with this:

    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘if’ (T_IF), expecting ‘{‘ in /home/stopojmh/public_html/daizedesign.com/wp-content/plugins/wp-mobile-edition/admin/includes/Mobile_Detect.php on line 29

    I tried to deactivate all my plugins manually through my FTP and PHP.
    I tried to delete plugin files.
    I tried EVERYTHING.

    When I try to access my /wp-admin page it says it isn’t redirecting properly.

    Any ideas how to fix this????

    That is unfortunate, sorry about that.
    If you have tried all of that then I would recommend asking your website host to install a backup of your website from a date before you installed and activated the WP Mobile Edition Plugin. You can also try and find an answer here.
