The page isn't redirecting properly

  • i installed wordpress on my hosting account and i tried accessing it, the website is loading without formating and when i tried accessing the admin area(wp-admin)with firefox it shows the error below:

    The page isn’t redirecting properly

    Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.

    This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies.

    i have browsed the internet for possible solution but none have been helpful. i have also tried different browser but still getting the same error. i seriously need help with this.

    I used to get this error all the time years ago but I can’t remember how I fixed it! Let’s try some troubleshooting.. Did you manually install WordPress or use a one-click-install? Is this a clean install or have you started uploading themes/plugins before you got this error? Has anything additional been added to your .htaccess file?

    its a one-click install . i have not started changing anything
