The page isn't redirecting properly??

Howdy, We’ve tried to set up a WordPress a few time so far, but right when we think we have it we try it and Fire-Fox throws us the error

“Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.

* This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept
cookies.”

Is there something we’re missing?
