    Hello,

    I bought your Envira plugin, but there are three problems

    1. I wrote to you through a ticket in my account on your site

    but you did not answer me with solutions to the problems

    2. In the admin panel, when I click on the “Envira” link from the panel on the left, the page does not load. Displays error 404. This issue occurred when I enabled additional add-ons to the gallery. Unfortunately, after turning off these add-ons, the problem was not solved.

    3. When I activate the “Proofing Addon” and the user is logged in with his registration, the page does not load. This can be seen from the demo of your site at

    where also the photos are not loaded!

    Please help solve these problems!
