The page contains multiple titles (bing dashboard)

Bing shows where the double title is but I cannot find where I am able to modify and remove one of them. I guess it would be the bottom one:
Obviously I am NOT skilled in this technology and don’t expect to be at 71 years old. Would appreciate an assist.
