Why do orders on woocommerce and user upload images often suddenly lost themselves?

Can you tell me a bit more about how you’re losing orders? Are customers making orders that aren’t showing up in WooCommerce, and if so, how are you able to find out? The more information that you can share, the better we’ll be able to help.

Customer uploaded images isn’t part of core WooCommerce, so it’s likely that the plugin you’re using for this is having trouble. Your best option would be to reach out to the developer of that plugin.

Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

how can I find out there is an order and the user uploads the missing image because every day I always backup data in Excel. for example on the previous day I checked the order for a particular user id still exists. but when I checked in the afternoon the order id was lost. I searched through the database also not found. So that made my custommer complain.

@anugrahdimas Did you find a solution to this?

WooCommerce will not automatically delete orders. Orders can only be deleted manually, or if another plugin or external code is deleting the orders. I do not see any plugins in the System Status Report that should be doing this, so my though is that there may be a database issue. Are there any fatal errors logged under WooCommerce > Status > Logs?

@jessepearson I still have not found a solution to this problem.

What kind of database problems are likely to occur? There are no fatal errors recorded that refer to the order data or database. Can it be helped?

@anugrahdimas I cannot be sure exactly if there are no related errors logged. I want to reiterate, though, that it’s also possible an admin of the site is manually deleting the items. You mentioned uploaded files are also going missing, WooCommerce itself doesn’t delete files.
