    One of our customers tried to purchase some product but the customer did not receive the order confirmation. Also, the order status changed from Pending payment to Cancelled because of the time limit exceeded. But, we have received?the payment in the bank portal. Also, the user profile is not created.? This is not the first time we are facing this issue. It is an intermittent issue. Kindly help us to solve this issue.

    Hi there,

    Based on the description, it sounds like the user is not being redirected to the order confirmation page after payment has taken place. As a first step, can you share a copy of your status report as found under **WooCommerce > Status**?

    Hi @rmenon. Sorry that we missed replying to this thread. The first thing that I recommend doing is making sure that your Cart, Checkout and My Account pages are exempt from all caching on your site.

    Is the payment gateway that is used Simplify Commerce Payment Gateway for WooCommerce? If so, please reach out to the support for that plugin for help.
