• I’m just trying out this plugin, and it’s working pretty well. That said, I’m trying to optimize the appearance of several plugins that appear at the end of each post. Right now the order is off. The three plugins that appear after each of my posts are:

    (1) WWSGD (What would Seth Godin Do)
    (2) WordPress Related Content
    (3) ShareThis

I’m trying to reorder their appearance and get your plugin (the WordPress Related Content plugin) to appear last. Right now it’s appearing in the middle. Is there a way to control the order of the appearance of these plugins, making yours appear last?

    Thanks!

  • Hello,

Well I don’t open a new topic, as my question is almost similar.

I would like to have sorted like this:

    1) WP Socialez
    2) WP Related Posts

    It is currently the opposite.
Can anyone also help me please ?
    Thank you in advance.

    Hey,

thanks for reaching out – yes, usually you can change that, I believe this thread will help you out:

To sum it up: First go to your plugin settings, scroll to the bottom and un-tick the box next to “Auto Insert Related Posts” and click the ‘Save’ button. Then go to the tab ‘Appearance’-‘Editor’, select your theme in the upper-right corner, and find the single.php file. In it, copy & paste the following code: <?php wp_related_posts()?> in the right row. Click the ‘Update File’ button. Also, save your database before making any changes, better to be safe than sorry.

Let me know if you are having any problems, some custom themes can be very difficult to modify.

    All the best,
    Petra
