    Hi,

    I received an order yesterday on my website and the client paid with PayPal.
    I received the payment on my PayPal account but the order is still at the “Pending payment” status in WooCommerce.
    It’s weird because I received another order paid with PayPal on the same day and it automatically passed to the “Processing order” status as usual.
    I use the “PayPal standard” payment method in WooCommerce and my WooCommerce version is 7.1.0. with WordPress 6.1.1.
    Why do I have this issue?

    I use the “PayPal standard” payment method in WooCommerce and my WooCommerce version is 7.1.0. with WordPress 6.1.1.

    Kindly note that, back in July 2021, there was an announcement that PayPal standard will be hidden on new installs.

    In order to investigate things further, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then click the Copy for support button.?You can either paste it in your response here, or use https://pastebin.com/ for pasting it there and sharing it with us (as it provides additional paste settings).

    Also, could you please navigate to WooCommerce > Status > Logs and from the dropdown on the right side, please see if there are any logs starting with the words fatal-error.

    If so, please select View and copy and paste them into your reply here.

    Hi,

    Thank you for your reply.

    Please note that I had new orders paid with PayPal and did not have any issue with the new orders. So it seemed to be an isolated issue.

    I also checked the Logs and did not find any fatal error.

    So maybe it’s not needed to investigate further?

    Just to clarify, this appears to be an isolated issue so far, and you do not wish to investigate further at the moment. Correct?

    In that case, I would agree that no further investigation is needed.

    Since this was about an isolated case, I would say no further investigation is necessary at this point.
