  • …works with both PJAX (a minor miracle in and of itself) and CloudFlare’s “Cache Everything” directive.

    If I could give this 100 stars I would. Bizarre plugin support model, however.

    thank you very much for your 5-starr rating :). Why seems our support model to be “bizarre”. Is there something that we could or should make more clear?

    You should put right on the plugin’s Description page that support for it is not free and inquires are $19 a pop. People favor such transparency.
