Try switching theme to the default one.

Assuming you want to continue using the theme you currently have, you’ll have to edit the stylesheet that came with it- right now it has form field text the same color as the text of the site, which clearly doesn’t show up very well over a white background. If you’re not familiar with how to edit CSS files, you’ll probably want to contact whoever made the theme, as that’s where the problem lies.

I have tried change template, and with the new template the problem is disappeared.

But as “asmbi_marc” to said, I can’t changed template forever, because I need of that template.

I understood where is the problem, this is caused of text of my site, this are white, and the background of plugin contact form 7 is white, then is and simply necessary to change the background of plugins contact form 7, and the problem is solved (I think).

So the question is: How to do for change the background of plugin ? and how to do for choose the color ?

    Thank all.

In fact, both text and background color are defined in your theme’s stylesheet. So you need to ask the theme seller to fix the issue.

No, because the plugin have a color white background, while the template have a color brown, this means that the plugin have a different’s background from template wordpress.

In the previous version of plugin, this problem not existed, and with the update not working the checkbox (because this does not align to the right, with the text)

I think that, these problems have been caused only by update, and this update has caused the incompatibility of plugin “contact form” with my wordpress template.

The my theory is proved by my second site web, (this have installed “contact form 7”), and in this, the checkbox works well; of course is not possible do make a comparison with the first my site web, because in second site, the background is color white and the text is color black.

In conclusion, given that in second site the checkbox working well, I think that there is something of new version that go conflict with the my template, then I ask you instructions for change the background of plugin, for find a solutions for this problem, but for me this problem needs to be solved from the plugin and not from theme.

For you can see this problem, I have insert under the link of my two sites.
