The number of subscribers doesn’t update.

  • Good morning, I have an issue with Tutor LMS.
    The number of subscribers (students) doesn’t update. What can I do?
    I have right now 58 subscribers, however, since few days, the number showed is always 20 subscribers.

    Are you using any cache plugin? If yes, could you please purge the cache or deactive the cache plugin to see if it solve the issue?
