    Hello,

Could you please check why the number of products differs in English from Arabic?

As you can see here in the English version of the site, the number of products in Diamond material are 40, and in Gold material are 30:
    https://www.screencast.com/t/LhjekZscW

But in the Arabic version of the site, the number of products in Diamond material are 17, and in Gold, the material are 15, as you can see:
    https://www.screencast.com/t/FfhV7xq7

Although each product has been translated into Arabic language and has the same attributes.

Please note that this problem is not related to the used theme, because I have tried the default Woo Commerce theme – Storefront, and gives me the same results.

    I have used for translation:

    • WPML Multilingual CMS
    • WPML String Translation
    • WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency

    Thank you.

    Hello @ammartello97 ,

It seems that the issue is related to languages and the translation of the products, which is related to WPML and not WCML multi-currency (the standalone version).

In this case, could you please open a new ticket in our WPML support forum? https://wpml.org/forums/forum/english-support/

In this forum, we can only support issues directly related to the standalone version (WCML and multi-currency only).

Why is this problem related to WPML, not your plugin?

    It’s all about the products!

    Can you please make sure?

Because my support time is finished in WPML and I don’t want to pay if the problem can be get solved by your side!

    Hi there,

You mentioned that the issue is related with different languages of the website, and I can also see the same in your screenshots.

The multi-language is a feature from the WPML plugin and not from the WCML standalone plugin, as the standalone version only enables the multi-currency feature. We cannot provide support in this forum for features that are not part of this plugin, as this violates the www.remarpro.com rules.

Also, an active WPML license is required to get support for the WPML plugin.

Yes but the problem not related to translation.

It’s related to product attributes, it becomes from your plugin, not from WPML.

Why are the filters not seeing that there are more products in each attribute?

    Hello @ammartello97

We understand your confusion but that comes from WPML. If you deactivate the core plugin (WPML), you will see that our WooCommerce Multilingual only allows you to handle the multicurrency feature.

As we mentioned before, we can’t provide you support in this forum as this is a WPML related question and there is a no commercial support policy allowed here on WordPress forums.

In that case, kindly go to our support forum and open a chat there, we have all the required tools to assist you and we will be happy to help you to solve this issue quickly.

    Thank you for your understanding.
    Andrés
