The number of posts – after update v20180820

    Hello Jeff,

    Thank you for the nice plugin.

    After the update to v20180820, it seems that the plugin is not showing the correct number of posts for [sbs_posts] or combinations with a category [sbs_posts cat=”xxx”].

    At the same [sbs_cpt_count cpt=”post”] produces the correct number of posts.

    Could you have a look, please?

    I am having the same problem.

    I use this shortcode tag to display the number of posts per category. Ever since the most recent update, the post output for [sbs_posts] is ZERO for all posts and all categories.

    Just to follow up with this. Further investigation reveals that the weird behavior with the latest plugin update was due to a bug with the new caching functionality. This issue has been resolved in the next version of SBS, should be out soon. Thanks to both for the feedback, please let me know if any further issues.
