The notification email templates are broken

    Hi,

    After upgrading to 1.9.0.3, and now 1.9.0.4, in both versions, the most of the notification email templates are broken. They were working before. The only text template is working now.

    How to reproduce? Go to WPForm -> settings -> Email -> Template -> classic -> review , you get the following error ->
    “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.
    Learn more about troubleshooting WordPress.”

    Please look into this issue and get back to us.
