the new update does not work

may you post a link to a screenshot of the following?

1. The Live chat side menu as it appears in your WordPress admin.
2. The page loaded when you select to open settings

plugin’s functionality appears completely broken in “Getting started” screenshot. Maybe there is some conflict with another plugin.

Please follow these steps:
1. Update WP-Live Chat by 3CX to the latest version 9.0.14.
2. Deactivate one by one the other plugins and check if WP-Live Chat by 3CX works properly.
3a. If our plugin doesn’t works, activate the last deactivated plugin and continue to the next.
3b. If you find which plugin is responsible for the conflict, let us know in order to fix the compatibility issue within our next update.

may you send us an image with the network tab of your browser’s developer tools? Also the images in your last post are the same as in your previous post, may you replace them?
