• Hi

I am getting just an empty screen on all my sites where I have updated Jetpack to 4.3
The Dashboard and Settings pages are both empty..
I have tried deleting the jetpack folder via FTP and manually reinstalling it. Same issue. No error; just emptiness.

    Jetpack Mechanic ??

I’m sorry to hear you’ve run into issues.

Do you get that empty screen on all pages of your site, or just in the Jetpack menu in your dashboard?

    Hi

    Just the Jetpac–>Dashboard
    and Jetpack–>Settings

All other pages are fine. I used to have Jetpack–>Site Stats menu; but that is gone? I can see the Site stats widget on the WP Dashboard though after logging in. I can also access my site stats by clicking the bars on the header admin bar.

That menu item is indeed gone, as we’ve added a link to those stats in the new Jetpack dashboard (that you can’t see just yet, unfortunately). The Stats page is still there though. The admin bar is one way to get to it; an alternative would be to click on “View All” in the stats widget:

I believe we may have a fix for that issue; you can follow our progress on this here:
    https://github.com/Automattic/jetpack/pull/5096

We’ll see about including the fix in a new release as soon as possible.

    Hi

What exactly does that GitHub page ask me to do? How can I implement that? Please advise?

We’re still testing that patch, but as soon as it’s tested I’ll send you a link where you can download a patched version of Jetpack to use on your site.

Ok, please do so. Thank you.

I have the same issue. My Jetpack Dashboard and Settings page are just empty. I see the WordPress W logo in the middle of the page and that’s all.

I will checkout the patch! Glad to know others have this too! I know it will get fixed!

The latest update just crashed my site giving me a 500 error. Just deleted the folder via ftp and site back up and running normally – without Jetpack though.
    I may install again shortly…

@phmag Your issue seems a bit different. Could you try the steps I mentioned here?

If that doesn’t help, could you please start your own thread, as per the Forum Welcome, so we can run some more tests together?

    Thank you!
