The new totally annoying admin bar must go, please how
-
Not sure if any atempt or help request to get rid of the annoying new admin bar when logged in and viewing the front end is considered a hack – so i am not sure if i placed this in the right forum segment.
After updating from 3.05 (or whatever it was) to 3.1 i got a first shocker, PHP error pages, all saying wp-config.php on line 1, that was great, glad my hoster was quick to correct one single space that was aparently missing in the first line – so i just wonder if others (on different hosting than mine in Switzerland) have experienced the same problem (to determine whether it was actually a bubu by WP or one by my hoster).
But, that’s not the main issue why i post a question here, it’s about this – i am sorry i have no clue what for – thing that appears now on top of my front end pages while i am logged into my WP-Admin.
What on Earth where they thingking??
I am logged into the backend already, so for what do i need a pesky view limiting distrubing HTML adding completely annoying and uselss “admin bar” please??So, i found the file admin-bar.js in wp-includes, but just emptying that file does not change anything, but i sure would love to know how i can shut this dumbest invention ever to the darkside of the moon for it to rot and never been seen again ever, during none of the millions of future WP updates that will come our way as sure as hell never freezes over.
Thanks for some comic releave to help me make it go to the havens……
