The Multistep Form Plugin is not Working in a Theme named “CasAu”

    The Multistep Form Plugin is not Working in a Theme named “CasAu” It is displaying only the steps “Step 1 to Step 5” and not the fields. It is not getting displayed in the wordpress admin dashboard also properly.
