The MPL Publisher Interface Screen Is Blank

  • I’ve updated to the latest version of the plugin (1.14) and when I go to the MPL publishers screen it is completely blank. There is no content or MPL interface there whatsoever. Just a blank area where all of that should be.

    When I access developer tools in my browser, I get the following errors:

    Uncaught TypeError: $(…).sortable is not a function
    at HTMLDocument.<anonymous> (mpl-publisher.js:9)
    at i (jquery.js:2)
    at Object.fireWith [as resolveWith] (jquery.js:2)
    at Function.ready (jquery.js:2)
    at HTMLDocument.K (jquery.js:2)

    Hi Rob,

    Thanks for getting un touch. The plugin it’s working for me, so maybe it could be a compatibility issue with other plugins. I tried a fresh install and everything seems ok.

    I don’t know if it’s possible, but could you try to turn off all your other plugins and tell me what happens then?
