The most pisspoor update service

  • Half the times I hit “update” to this plugin, it finishes correctly, but when I refresh the wp-admin page, the standard “your site has found an error” message appears, blocking your access to the backend. Delete plugin through ftp, install again, repeat on the 97 freakin other projects… No other complain about the plugin, works very good, maybe a bit slow when editing the pages or posts.

    Thank you for contacting the support and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    That should not be happening.

    Is there by any chance you were using the PRO version of the plugin?

    If not, then the free version’s updates are served from www.remarpro.com and they should work like any other update.

    In the future, can you please try deactivating all the other plugins, and revert to the default theme before updating?

    Also, please ensure that the firewall is also turned off.
