• Our calendar page opens normally with the current month in view–April–but when anyone tries to click forward to May, we get a 500 Internal Server Error. Viewing all other months before and after May works fine, but the Month view of May will not work. Individual events in May will display normally, and they also show up in Stream, Agenda, and Posterboard views. The problem is the same on our Calendar page and on other pages where we have the shortcode. Most of the time (but not always) when the Calendar opens to April, the label on the next month link also says April. Clicking on it refreshes the page…and it’s also/still April, but the label on the next month link changes to May. Clicking on May invariably produces the error.

Also–in the All Events page of the dashboard, May 2016 is also missing from the drop down list for filtering by date. Since there are May events, it’s disconcerting.

I’ve tried all the things I know to test: no plugin conflicts, no theme conflict, created a new .htaccess file, tried activating and deactivating the two advanced settings in Time.ly I’ve seen mentioned in other support threads (frontend rendering and advanced js cache), nothing amiss on the server end.

Please advise. We’d rather not fall into the void when April ends in a couple days!

Still not able to view May on our website. Anyone else have this problem?

Update: The calendar page stopped working completely once we got to May, only getting errors when trying to navigate to any page that displays the full calendar. That means on the main calendar page, and on any page with a shortcode filtered calendar–on filtered views, it seems to work normally until I try to change the filter or click to the full calendar. I’ve gotten 500, 404, and 504 errors.

I moved the Time.ly calendar to a different page for testing:?

We also have calendar views on these pages:

https://jacksondems.com/groups/women/ ? Shortcode with filter, poster board view. Works fine when switching views and navigating to past/future, but only with the current filter.

https://jacksondems.com/2016/02/election-dates-deadlines/ ? Shortcode with filter, page won’t appear at all no matter which view is set.?

https://jacksondems.com/ ? Sidebar widget on home page, looks fine. Clicking on “view calendar” produces 500 error.

I really need some help on this! Even if we change to a different plugin, there is no way I know of to export all of our events without being able to view the calendar. If I could get this thing working that would be awesome, but at the very least I don’t want to have to recreate every single event.
