The month of May is gone. Two Aprils, no May.
-
Our calendar page opens normally with the current month in view–April–but when anyone tries to click forward to May, we get a 500 Internal Server Error. Viewing all other months before and after May works fine, but the Month view of May will not work. Individual events in May will display normally, and they also show up in Stream, Agenda, and Posterboard views. The problem is the same on our Calendar page and on other pages where we have the shortcode. Most of the time (but not always) when the Calendar opens to April, the label on the next month link also says April. Clicking on it refreshes the page…and it’s also/still April, but the label on the next month link changes to May. Clicking on May invariably produces the error.
Also–in the All Events page of the dashboard, May 2016 is also missing from the drop down list for filtering by date. Since there are May events, it’s disconcerting.
I’ve tried all the things I know to test: no plugin conflicts, no theme conflict, created a new .htaccess file, tried activating and deactivating the two advanced settings in Time.ly I’ve seen mentioned in other support threads (frontend rendering and advanced js cache), nothing amiss on the server end.
Please advise. We’d rather not fall into the void when April ends in a couple days!
