    Hello,

My mobile menu (OceanWP theme) doesn’t work when “All In One WP Security” is enabled. It is no longer clickable on tablet and phone (and on my WordPress manager when I test tablet / mobile version).

I’ve activated lots of options on “All In One WP Security”, so I don’t know which one is creating this bug.

I will try to find it by disabling them one by one, but I also wanted to ask you the question if you would know where the bug came from (it would suit me) and to warn you.

    Thank’s,
    Gwenn (I am french).

    Hi,

I would not call this a bug straight away without any testing first.

This could be a simple incompatibility with one or more features between our plugin and your theme. Can you test one of WordPress default themes like Twenty Seventeen. This will prove to you if it is a theme issue or not.

Let me know how you go once you finish with your testing.

    Thank you

    Hello,

Yes, for me an incompatibility is a bug. But I understand what you mean.

In fact, it was enough for me to disable “All In One WP Security”, then to reactivate it and the worry disappeared.
I didn’t see it right away because I didn’t empty my caches on browsers where it did not seem to work again.

So it was an incompatibility between “All In One WP Security” and OceanWP Mobile Menu. But, I don’t know if it was following the activation of a particular option or an update of the extension. And I don’t know why the deactivation / reactivation worked.

In any case, it’s solved for me.

    Thank’s !
