    Thanks in advance.

Using the AIOSEO chrome extension I have noticed that all the menu links are duplicated because the page loads both desktop and mobile menus at the same time creating an huge amount of links hurting the seo. I’ve already tried to switch themes, to deactivate all the elementor’experiments, to deactivate al the plugins, to clear cache, everything is updated and the css is regenerated. In my opinion the culprit is elementor. Can you fix this huge problem? Thanks a lot

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @salvatore1986,

I checked the page URL you provided but couldn’t replicate the issue.

You can view my findings here: https://www.loom.com/share/195b8d3f0068473b83775d02e55bdc00?sid=71372d42-c10f-4190-a63e-61b240ad6a91.

If the issue persists on your end, could you please provide a screen recording showing the problem so we can investigate further?

    Looking forward to your reply.

@ricav It is not something that is visible, you have to find it in the source code https://view-source:https://www.reggiadicasertaunofficial.it/info/orari-di-apertura-biglietti/

if for example you try to search inside the source code class=”menu-item menu-item-type-post_type menu-item-object-page menu-item-30593″> you will find it duplicated in line 35 and 107, that are the mobile and desktop menus

    thanks a lot

    Hello @salvatore1986!
    Thank you for contacting us.

I was reading your previous conversation, and I understand it.

In this case, I noticed the menus you mentioned on your Header site part.
Be aware that is common for theme developers to establish two different menus (for desktop and mobile) for styling purposes depending on the device breakpoint.
If you want to remove and customize only one Nav menu, you could search on your theme’s header.php file where this is calling the WordPress Nav Menu function (wp_nav_menu) and remove one. Then style this via the CSS files from your theme.
For better organization, it’s always recommended to create a child theme.

I hope this can help you.
Please try contacting the author of your theme for extra guidance.
We will conclude this conversation; feel free to contact us again for further questions about Elementor.

    Regards.

@alain I have already tried to use other themes but the double menu remained.

@alainelementor @ricav I have replaced the Neve theme with Hestia and now I have half of the links!!!!!!!

I have also tried other themes, and these ones also create the same problem: Neve, Kadence, Sydney, Oceanwp, Astra, Zakra…so incredibly the most famous ones!
