The menu breakpoint is not functioning as expected.

    On the iPad Air (820PX x 1180PX), the Desktop header is displaying, and I need the hamburger menu on all devices except for Desktop. Is there any way to activate it?

    I also tried adding a breakpoint set to 991, but nothing is happening.
