    Hi @sintarta,
I never had similar experience, but it seems a problem related to your server, what permissions does the wp-content/uploads folder have?

Phoenix Media Rename uses php unlink to delete files, if the command fails the problem is almost certainly due to missing permissions or to security systems that consider the operation as risky.

Do you have a security plugin? Can you check the server log to see if there is some reference to the problem?

    Hi
Permissions in wp-content/uploads folder is 755
The only line, strange error is this. “File not found [/home/bellascarpa/public_html/406.shtml]”
    Nothing else.
Wordfence and Anti-Malware Security and Brute-Force Firewall plugins disabled.
    Thank you
P.S. Site is in production state, full working.
P.S.2 Greek words… is it possible? After test this is not the issue.

    Hi @sintarta,
I also use Wordfence and never had any problem, but so many security plugin doesn’t conflict?

Folder permission 775 is compatible with Phoenix Media Rename, so this is not the origin of the issue, I’ll try to install the plugins you mentioned, disable all of them and see if the problem arises.

PS: my compliments for the name of the company, I love Italian names for foreign companies ??
