The map is not visible

    Dear support,

    we wanted to try the “WP Multi Store Locator Plugin Documentation – Free Version” plugin first. Plugin is currently installed on the following website: https://www.texcontrol.de/corona-hilfe/

    When we install plugin, the search form appears, but the Google Mape is not displayed. When you reload, you will see the load icon for a short time, but after that the map will not be displayed. Google API Key is surely valid, otherwise the maps would not be shown in the backend.
    We have disabled all plugins in WordPress, have collected all data according to your documentation but nothing helped.

    …when you go to inspect in chrome and change some CSS properties, the map becomes visible, but you cannot zoom in and links don’t work.

    e.g. if you disable content or clear

    .et_pb_row:after, .et_pb_row_inner:after, .et_pb_slides:after {
    content: “”;
    display: block;
    clear: both;
    visibility: hidden;
    line-height: 0;
    height: 0;
    width: 0;
    }

    You can close this ticket, now everything works.

    It was due to topic DIVI. Apparently the plugin is not compatible with the theme DIVI.
