The mandatory attribute ‘?’ is missing in tag ‘html ? for top-level html’.

I have a website seeken.in, in Google search console it’s showing ffollowing error for AMP:
Accelerated Mobile Pages > Prohibited or invalid use of HTML Tag (Critical issue)
When I checked my page on AMP official validator I also got so many issues:

I have just installed this plugin and save permalink as written in description, anything else I need to do for this.
