The main menu disappears after activating aioseo

    Hi.
    I’m using the https://themes.webcreations907.com/ninezeroseven/ theme.
    I want to install a SEO plugin, that’s why I’m currently testing aioseo.

    I encountered a problem while activating aiosio: the main menu no longer appears and reappears when I deactivate the plugin. I tried updating the main menu, with no effect on my problem.

    Do you know of an incompatibility with the 907 theme? Did I misconfigure your plugin?

    @mathematica We’re not aware of any conflict with that theme. Can you check with the theme developer and see if they can troubleshoot this because All in One SEO doesn’t touch anything in the content of a site, including menus.

    If you know how to inspect the HTML and CSS using the developer tools in Chrome or Firefox then you can inspect the HTML where your menu should appear and see if the HTML for the menu is there and if there’s any CSS that causes it to be hidden.

    Thanks a lot for your reply.

    I used the Firefox inspector to look at what’s going on in the code.

    It seems that part of the code disappears when I activate aioseo:

    I think all the content of the header tag is no longer loaded by the browser … I’m still looking for what can happen.

    I am open to any idea, of course!

    Hi @mathematica,

    I would verify that it only happens when just All in One SEO is active. To do this deactivate all other plugins and clear all caching on the server or anywhere else. Then check your site in a private window.

    Let me know what you find. Did you report this to the theme developer and ask them to help?
