    Hi,

    We are having an issue with the site and mails are not going. Please help with the error message:

    The mailer you’ve selected (mail) is not currently supported by our Domain Checker. To make sure you’ve fully completed all setup steps, please be sure to check out our step-by-step mailer guides.

    So far we have tried everything but the mails are not through.

    Hi @shwetab,

    Thanks for reaching out! Please kindly know that this error message appears because your current mailer option is Default (none). Please, take a look: https://a.supportally.com/3FM09n.

    This is the method your site uses to send emails when SMTP is not set up.

    Generally speaking, it is not recommended to use the ‘Default’ (PHP) mailer because your emails will not be authenticated and your email deliverability may be low enough that your emails will end up in spam folders or might not get delivered at all.

    When you get a chance, please configure a mailer on your site by following this guide.
