Hi,

I’m getting this error message on Step 3 of the “import” page:

Step 3: Upload template with your reviews
The loopback request to your site failed. This means that import of reviews will not be working as expected. If you would like to use the import utility, please contact your hosting provider and request them to enable loopback requests for your site.
Error: [] cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10003 milliseconds with 0 bytes received

I asked my host (Siteground) about it but they said all good on their end and to contact the plugin developer.
