The logo is not shown in the header of the pdf of the invoice

1. What is the logo resolution in pixels?
2. Could you send us a screenshot of your System Configuration and Write Permissions under WooCommerce > PDF Invoices > Status tab?

500 px width
310 px height

I can’t send the screenshot here, but everything is green and correct.

Sorry, I forgot to mention that you need to use an image sharing service, like imgur.com, to attach a screenshot here.

Just to be sure, is this happening on new invoices? If not, it’s possible that you have added the logo after creating previous invoices. Since our plugin stores the current settings in the order data at the moment of the document generation, the invoices previously generated will not be affected if you update the settings later.

However, you can update your previously documents applying your latest settings. See Show PDF documents with the latest settings to learn more.

sorry for not answering before, I have been able to solve it by downgrading the plugin to version 2.7.4 which was the one we had before failing

Version 2.7.4 was the last version in which we supported PHP 7.0 or older. Could it be you are running an outdated version of PHP? We recommend to update to PHP 7.4 or higher.

If the PHP version is the culprit and you are unable to upgrade to a higher version due to the setup of your specific site we do offer a separate addon for backwards compatibility. But keep in mind that PHP 7.0 was end of life on januari 2019.
