That is how s2Member is supposed to work. That’s why it’s called the Login Welcome Page.

@kts915: Yes, of course, but only once. I have one customer who gets that page every time after login……And that should not be the case.

Actually, it should be the case every time, unless you’ve set it up so that one Welcome page is used on the first login, and then a different page is used after that.

@kts915: yes it is a one-time page only…. So everyone gets it just one time and after login to the homepage. Just one customer comes back at the welcome page everytime. Do you have any idea how this could happen?

    Peter,

In the notes about creating a Login Welcome Page, s2Member says: “Note: for technical reasons, your Login Welcome Page cannot be set to your Front Page (i.e., your Home Page); or your Posts Page (i.e., your main Blog page). Please create a separate (dedicated) Page in WordPress, and then designate it as your Login Welcome Page below.”

In other words, what you are trying to do is not supposed to be possible. Take a look at this: https://s2member.com/kb-article/customizing-your-login-welcome-page/

You could try entering the full URL of the home page as a Special Redirection URL but (if it works at all) this will mean that the Welcome page is never used, even on a user’s first login.

Peter, how did you set it to be one-time only? Could you show me a screenshot of your configuration for it?

Are you using the One-Time Offers feature? WP Admin -> s2Member -> General -> One-Time Offers

The Login Welcome Page will be shown to a user each time he logs in, so if you say that it’s shown only once (I assume it’s just after the first login), I’d like to know what you did to achieve it.

Looking forward to your update. ??

@cristián Lávaque: I already found another solution and placed the additional content in the first e-mail sent to the subscriber. So I deleted the log-in page and am not using it anymore.

By the way, I don’t know (anymore) how I came up with the idea (and how I did it) it was just displayed once.

    Thanks for your reply.

    Kind Regards,

    Peter

    Thanks for the udpate. ??
