Re-check templates at UM Settings -> Advanced -> Override templates.

Try to do a Security scan at UM Settings -> Advanced -> Security.
Verify that your Registration Form is unlocked.

Your web hosting server is using HTTP/3
ask your web hosting support to only use HTTP/2 for your site.
