the list of themes does not show

    when i press a button themes -> add new > the list of themes does not show, i just see this button: Add Themes Upload Theme
    Filter themes list Featured Popular Latest Favorites Feature Filter

    when i open customize theme – options not displayed too..
    I don’t installed any pluggins or themes! Don’t add! Just original wordpress files..
